We don't push a catalogue at you. We build the apparel around what you are trying to say.
Brand tone, occasion, quantity, budget and deadline — settled in one conversation, not five emails.
Concepts and colourways built around your brand, sent to you for sign-off before anything is cut.
Fabric weight, hand-feel and cut matched to the job — from lightweight event tees to hard-wearing workwear.
A physical sample you can hold. Standard turnaround is about seven days; complex builds take longer and we say so up front.
Capacity matched to your quantity and date, including peak season, through facilities we have worked with for years.
Checked, packed and shipped on the date written into the order. Export documents handled for overseas buyers.
The categories corporate buyers order most, in fabrics and cuts matched to the use case.

Everyday branded basics, embroidery or print, in combed cotton and performance knits.

Fleece and loopback weights for team, campus and retail programmes.

Durable twill and canvas sets, with reflective detailing where the job requires it.

Aprons, dresses and tabards for sampling teams, store launches and roadshows.
Also produced: shirts and suiting, softshell jackets, school and kindergarten uniforms, caps and small accessories.
Same factory floor, very different briefs.

One look across offices, stores and sites

Staff, volunteers and delegates, dressed to the same brief
Four kinds of buyer, four very different pressures.
Retail and campaign apparel that has to look like the brand, not like merchandise.
Apparel as a gift or campaign item, with quick sampling and reliable repeat runs.
Bulk orders to spec, with inspection and shipping milestones we can hold to.
Annual meetings, team builds, summits — short notice, fixed date, no room to slip.
Four programmes we can talk through in detail — the brief, the sampling rounds, what changed and why.

168 Uniform (www.168zf.cn) is the trading name of a Shanghai apparel group operating through Shanghai Jincong Garments Co., Ltd. and Yiluba (Shanghai) Apparel Co., Ltd. Our founding team has spent 28 years in garment production and sourcing.
We work with brands, promotional agencies, trading companies and consultancies. The work is not catalogue selling — it is interpreting a theme, then translating it into colour, fabric, cut and finish that hold up in real use.
Jincong has traded continuously for 14 years and acts as the contracting entity, handling contracts, invoicing and delivery. Yiluba handles brand, product development and client service. Both are registered in Shanghai; the group's registered capital and business scope are available on request.
It depends on the category and the decoration. Knitted items such as tees and polos can start lower than structured workwear or suiting. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will tell you honestly whether it is workable.
About seven days for a standard build. Complex constructions with special fabric or multiple decoration techniques take longer — we confirm the date before we start, not after.
Yes. Send the tech pack, artwork or a physical sample and we will handle fabric selection, pattern matching and sampling to reproduce it.
Yes. We ship internationally and can work with your nominated freight forwarder. Export documentation is handled on our side. Duties and import clearance stay with the buyer.
A signed contract through Shanghai Jincong Garments Co., Ltd., with corporate bank transfer. Payment terms are agreed in the contract. We do not take orders through personal accounts.
Three things: the style or reference, the quantity per size, and the date you need it. With those we can give you a real price and a real lead time the same working day.
Style, quantity and date — that's enough to start. We reply within one working day.
